Fumbling frequency

Figured that I'd say something. Are the fumbles for comp games turned off? Everyone on my defense has 90+ hit power, and I have not forced 1 single fumble today out of 10+ games.

Like... is fumbling turned off? I also have not fumbled on offense once. The issue is that it takes away a whole dimension of the game if we structured our teams to be big hitters.
