Game looks blurry
I am on pc I have ultra settings turned on and the game looks blurry i can’t read name plates and it just looks overall blurry and just bad graphics but when any cutscene plays it actually looks like ultra settings

Do you possibly have a screenshot or clip of when you last noticed an issue? Also, would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?
- is there a motion blur setting or something?
there is a motion blur setting in the game settings. also, some cutscenes are blurred purposely for a video depth effect it looks like.
