Genki Force uniforms unobtainable?

These uniforms are in the catalogue however they are unobtainable in the game. 

There is no solo challenge, store offer, set or objective which reward these. How do you obtain these EA?

And can you also please release a set for alternative uniforms? we got them in season 1 and haven’t seen them since. MCS players have them but no one else can?
