heres my problem with madden

madden create a player isnt good especially when you make rookies and the faces you choose from look way older than 20 yr old rookie lol i want to be able to adjust the faces like hair styles and colors,eyes and make them look younger than the choices they give. anyone else wants this? EA sports please fix it's been like this for what seems like an eternity
