Community ManagerI have a lot of ides to improve franchise mode. I spend most of my time there and I think these ideas would help. 1. Ability to edit schedules. Leave division games alone but the rest available. 2. More in depth scouting and draft process. 3. Ability to "gage interest" in a trade from another team. Too often they accept to quickly when maybe I could have gotten more. 4. Ability to start negotiating contracts 2 yrs out instead of only the last year. There are times where there are too many players in last year. 5. As part of the scouting process the Ability to unlock actual ratings. Not all of the players on the draft. Maybe a point system but for example I'll draft a guy with 4.24 speed and he has 96 speed and another player has 4.34 and has 99. It's very inconsistent. These are just a few and some could be done asap.

I agree with the draft process. But could you provide a little more detail on how to make the experience a little more realistic?
