I am a regular madden franchise enjoyer. I buy the game every year and i believe these are some of the much needed changes to save Franchise mode.
I would love for madden to give more customization for the salary and contracts in franchise mode. Being able to load the front or back of the contract can help especially when you have the money to use. And don’t just give us a set front load and back load. Let us adjust how much we want to put in each year of the contract within the rules of the nfl. Also would like a salary cap update. In the nfl the salary cap has increased from 5 to 14% the last 10 years excluding Covid year. Allow franchise users to set a certain percentage that the salary cap increases each season. Can even do a randomized option so it’s not the same like how it actually is.
another thing I would like to add to madden is having All time teams and Historical teams Being able to play with past a present players is great for ultimate team. But for people like me who don’t enjoy the grind or spending a bag to get earn a few cards isn’t enjoyable. I want to be able to just play as them as I wish. For Historical teams I like the idea of being able to start a franchise with the teams from 2010, with the new madden graphics and settings, Drafting players that I wish my team would have taken today who are stars. It creates a whole new aspect to the game and would give me more of a reason to play more franchise mode when I can start whatever year I want to begin in. Take some tips from 2k.
