did you follow his tip? around minute 2:30. for me it looks like you first have to export your player successfully, close cfb and then start madden. this should also be possible with the disc versions.

imma give a stab at it..years ago we used to have to Save all files to a USB device and then when we put Madden in we had the option to Upload from said device..disregard if this is not an option or has already been tried
