How do I transfer my player to madden with discs?

How do I transfer my CFB player to madden 25 with physical copies (discs)

    did you follow his tip? around minute 2:30. for me it looks like you first have to export your player successfully, close cfb and then start madden. this should also be possible with the disc versions.

Bro my * has been going at this for days and I swear I was signed in on both but I guess I was wrong! Thank you so much for the help! I couldn’t get anything online and google kept saying that it wasn’t possible.
