i got banned for “cheating” when i just got the game
I been grinding my team out for 2 days and i get a email saying im banned what do i have to do mind you i dont cheat i didnt even know you could cheat in madden. What do i do to get unbanned

Community ManagerWe don't know the details of your ban here on the EA Forums. CMs have no visibility into sanctions on an account.
However, if you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
- Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game from which your account was banned or suspended. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage My Account, then Banned or Suspended Account.
- Click the Select Contact option.
- If you haven’t already done so, sign in to your account with the ban or suspension.
