Is this player cheating? Hurts on the Lions???

Playing online head to head ranked and this guy had Jalen Hurts on the Lions. Also seemed to know every play I called before I ran it.  How is this possible? Edit: Removed image showing player...

We don't have that on consol, well xbsx atleast. Problem is too.many YT creators put stuff out that actually ruins the game for many folk. Fifa does this every year and you can tell who runs the 'META' teams.

There's also not enough of a reporting tool ingame to report opponents THERE AND THEN when cross platform. We need to be able to put in a report right after the game.

@Pr0fK1tso correct, with crossplay players can only be reported for an "offensive name". there needs to be more options like there are for example in destiny 2: chat, hate speech, inactivity, exploits, cheating,...
