Lineup bug on MUT that kicks me out of MUT when you try to edit your lineup

I have the same issue but. I don't have a gap in my lineup. It just happened out of nowhere. Does anyone have any idea of what to do ?

    I can access my lineup but every 2 games or like an hour into playing it just starts lagging and will give me the same message
