Madden 25 Gameplay

Can we do something about this horrific gameplay? Online H2H is full of mid blitz players with all top cards so no one can get open in time. My CPU players never drop into the right zone no matter wh...

    It seems you play MUT, because you mentioned cards...  But I've been running my offense from under center in Regs since Madden 2003, so I've seen every variation of A-Gap blitzes you can think of.  What I can say is that they are simple and easy to block, and if you do, you'll score a TD on almost every 3rd snap.  There are so many ways to block A-Gap heat that there's literally no excuse for Mid Blitz working consistently... 

    • Block a FB and drop directly behind him
    • Motion a TE and snap the ball when he's in the A-Gap
    • Sprint behind the tackle and move the pocket

    I have a list of about 10-15 more little counters that work against A-Gap heat.  I interchange them so my opponents can't draw a bead on what I'm doing and therefore can't find a counter other than abandoning the blitz altogether. 

    While I don't play MUT, I'm sure these strategic tactics will work...  After all, I haven't run a combined 10 plays from shotgun in 20+ years...
