Madden 25 made me upset

My last game I'm winning 21 to 7 I have the ball and it's a minute left it says he's experiencing difficulties not me and then it cuts off ,my internet's working perfect my computer is on my TV's on my phone is on. and it cut back on and it gives me a loss please do something about this this is ridiculous
