@EA_Illium Look if this is an issue that can not be fixed just let us know, please do not wait till the last minute and we are all stuck scrambling around and can't play, if this will not be resolved by 4PM EST please let us know, so we can refund the MVP bundle ASAP and buy the 2 games separately so we have access to madden today at 4PM. Because I have a feeling that this is an issue that cannot be fixed, because the actual game was not included in the MVP bundle that we bought, it was just an add on. And I don't think you guys have the ability to change orders after they have been placed. So basically we do not own Madden 25, we own the add-on titled Madden 25 that is not game that can be downloaded or played. We basically all just payed $150 dollars for College Football 25 because we ain't getting Madden unless we get refund and buy madden separately. It is my understanding from the lack of communication from XBOX as-well as EA just proves this. You can check for yourself if you check the other editions of Madden 25 in the store, they are listed as a game with the actual file size under the game. But on the MVP bundle it just says Madden 25 with a blank cover to start, and no file size. Because there is no game just an add-on, not sure who if its XBOX, or EA but someone messed up and never included Madden 25 in the bundle that we bought. To sum up this issue we do not own Madden 25 we only own College Football 25. This is an issue that cannot be fixed because we have already purchased and payed for this bundle. And a purchase cannot be changed after it has been completed. So if you want to play Madden 25 today, from my understanding you need to refund the MVP bundle and buy both games separately. I hope I am wrong, but this is just a very educated assumption after talking to multiple reps at and EA and XBOX, they all have aknowledged the known issue but there has been no progress on a solution, as well as no statement, no post, and no update to all of their concerned customers who just payed $150 dollars for there game. Really shows the lack of customer service, and how much they really care. Again I really hope I am wrong on this, but unless proven otherwise, as of right now I believe if you purchased the MVP bundle you will not play Madden 25 today at 4PM EST.
