Well, it is the 11th and still no Madden download.
No, I don't have the phone app and from what I am hearing, that may not work anyways. Yes, you can download it, but I am seeing people saying it still shows as you don't OWN it.
Come on EA....there are a LOT of confused people here who spent $140 on this bundle.
My only Madden still says an ADD ON......
It says they don’t own it because the early access doesn’t start until 3pm est on the 12th so you can’t technically own a game that isn’t out yet.
EA and XBOX tripping man. This is BS, game comes out in 3 hours, and still no update if you purchased the MVP bundle if you will be able to play or not. If when the game drops and I still can't play 100% hopping on the phone with XBOX and refunding the BS ASAP and just gonna bite the bullet and purchase the 2 games separate. And just play the EA trial till get it refunded.
if we can't play this bs I definitely won't be paying EA more money. I'll just refund it and buy one or the other. I won't be giving them more money and rewarding them for this nonsense
So what happends to folks that bought the MVP BUNDLE from GameStop? Cuz this is * * on EA’s part, we spent too much money on these two games and there trying to * us out of money. They need to get there * together with almost 3 hours till release. Fix the * games EA, honestly after an experience like this I either want compensation or something, may be the last time I buy a Madden / CFB game. The hype is dying out because there too incompetent to release * properly.

This is what happens when a company runs off the people that actually know what they are doing. You have bad ideas like this roll out with no communication to support it, and a message board as the only source of quasi-reliable information.

EA doesn't have a solution. That's why you don't see any of the actual EA people responding.
Right now they're struck trying to figure it out themselves, and how to deal with the bad press coming.
Ok guys it's fixed I have found the solution. Madden 25 is officially downloading onto my console. This is a big relief as I have been putting in countless hours searching for updates talking to reps at both EA and XBOX, trying to keep you guys posted on this issue because nobody else will. So basically I was correct EA dropped the ball big time. They released two versions of the MVP Bundle. One included the actual game of Madden 25, the people who bought that version of the bundle have access to the game and can pre-download it already like we were supposed to. As for us thoe we bought the version of the MVP Bundle that EA messed up. They included College Football 25, all of the pre-order content for both games, but the one thing they didn't include was Madden 25. They only included it as an add-on. Since the purchase was already completed it cannot be changed meaning EA was basically going to screw us over and not tell us anything, knowing there was no fix. But here is the solution, I called XBOX got in contact with a customer service representative, and let them know of the issue that I was having. I also explained to them that I know that there is no fix to this situations as to the fact we do not own the licensing to Madden 25, even thoe that is what we payed for but did not receive. So she added enough Microsoft points to my account, so I was able to purchase Madden 25 Deluxe Edition at no out-of-pocket cost to myself. I now own Madden 25 Deluxe Edition, it is in my game library and is currently downloading right now, and I will be playing at 4PM like we all should have been in the first place. As of right now this is the only solution to this issue. But EA dropped the ball big time on this one. This is a known issue at XBOX, and they know there is no fix. So when you call and let them know about the issue, they should already know what to do. I hope I was able to help you guys figure out this issue. It has been very stressful, trying to be the one that gets this fixed for you guys and update you all, when this isn't my job. It's EA's job, just shows how much they care. I just contacted them they said it’s a bug with the do you own this game part they said we should be able to play at 4 when it launches also Xbox employee made a post 2 min ago
Look at the end of the day im happy that I got this fixed, when there should have never been a problem in the first place. But at the same Im very pissed off. The fact that this has been a known issue for weeks, and there has been no update, no post, nothing from EA about this, is absurd. If I was able to figure this out on my own, i'm sure they knew as-well, that there was no fix for this issue. Instead of coming and owning and helping people find work arounds, like I did to get people the content they payed for and they deserve. They were silent. These guys get paid for this BS, to do what? Sit there and let just get screwed. Its ridiculous. The saying "EA IS SO MONEY HUNGRY" is so true, and this just proves it. I shouldn't have to do EA's job for them.
