Adding to the chorus here, posted on a separate thread but the story is exactly the same. Redeemed accidentally on ps4 version, realized it was ps4 version. Downloaded PS5 version, no rewards / benefits on PS5 version. Same account on both.
In the same boat here. We bought the NCAA / Madden bundle from the PS Store. Kids played the heck out of NCAA, loved it. My son, who's account the purchase was on accidentally downloaded the PS4 version and went through the business, played a game, figured out why it looked weird, and realized his goof. He uninstalled, went to PS5 version, no bonuses. No coins, no packs, nothing. I went through EA support, they told me I need to go through PS support. PS support said sorry we don't fix this bye. Feeling at a loss, kinda hopeless, and bummed for my kids. It's clear this isn't the only house this has touched. Why isn't my sons PS4 / PS5 ID sharing the same entitlements with / for EA? Any way to fix this???
@binkky1 I got really lucky yesterday with PS Support.
I chatted with the Playstation Support and they told me, they cannot help with transfering Madden Points or the Pre-Seller Bonuses. But in the end the solution was, that they canceled my pre-order and I got the refund of the Bundle and could buy it again. Since I already downloaded the PS5 Version, I could start the correct version of game and got all the Madden Points and Packs on the PS5 Version.
So I guess, that works and I would recommand to do this before the global release.

Sony told us because it was redeemed, there was no refunding anything redeemed, refused that as an option.
