Madden 25 Pre-order arrived on the wrong platform

I also accidentally installed the ps4 version on my ps5 and got screwed and ripped off by EA! If thr points are taken from both versions, then the purchase should be on both versions or dont take the points from both versions. This is theft by unlawful taking in ever since of the law.
