Madden 25 Twitch Drops

I just watched the entirety of the Madden 25 Zero Chill Challenge on Twitch, kudos to Cliff. But for some reason, the progress only started tracking after I had closed and then reopened the stream. I was pretty upset because after 3 hours and 30 minutes of watching the stream, I had no watch time to my name. It was still a fun time, but in the end, I was doing it for the rewards that came with the experience. I appreciate that EA does these kinds of events but it would be nice if these kinds of technical issues could be fixed for next time.
