Madden 25 Ultimate team

Madden I can Purchase and buy in ultimate team.  But can play anything pertaining to the mut team. Can't play online but nothing related to mut. I un-installed an reinstalled I even factory reset xbox. Still the same issue I literally did this 18 times.
