@NatureBoy2323 What is the best way to connect to a Support representative? I never get the pop up to connect to a live chat no matter the topic I select

@NatureBoy2323 I cannot start any online franchises now. Was working fine. I can use MUT and everything else. Just not online franchise. Comes up either saying I have 20 franchises already (which I have zero) or that the server can’t process my request.
