Apparently, EA Help/Customer Support is incapable of investigating in-game issues. The person informed me that I must post here to get assistance with this issue.
I was looking at my binder in MUT, and many of my Roster Revolution Tokens disappeared. I would greatly appreciate it if someone with the authority to investigate in-game item issues could respond and assist me in replacing my missing Tokens.
Same, where did my tokens go? I was close to completing the set and now my tokens and the set are gone.
Following up with the same situation. Almost completing 96-99 token set, now all the tokens and the set just vanished. No explanation, no compensation.
Same here had a full set just waiting for the right player to drop and the set just disappeared with all my tokens.
Still has not regenerated the 96-99 RR set. Just gone for 5- 6 days now
