Hi @53171971, To confirm how does your accessibility tab look? Do you see any options for Voice?

Nothing at all...I even went as far as Uninstaller and reinstalling

The accessibility menu has every single option accept voice chat. I do remember when I first got the game though it asked me if I wanted voice chat on, and I said no because I didn’t have my headset at the time and it was the middle of night and I didn’t want kids yelling. I thought I could eventually turn it back on but I guess not. There is no way for us players experiencing this to do anything about it. Not a single video showing you how to fix it and seems to be a rare unknown bug.
