MUT Squads leaderboards logic doesn’t make sense

Can someone from EA explain the MUT Squads leaderboard logic?  My record is clearly better than most people in the top 10 but I don’t have a position anywhere in the top 100. “My leaderboard” do...

I can't compare my record or rank when I go to the leaderboard. For awhile I was running no huddle alot outside of the 2 minutes window. I also have defeated multiple quitersband was doing lots of 2 point conversions. Does that take away my ranking point level?
