New but Old Ideas for Madden Franchise

I’m not sure if this will even be seen or not but it’ll make me feel a bit better making these suggestions. For me personally, and I hope others feel this way, I wish there were more real coaches in franchise mode, like coordinators. I think this could make franchise even more engaging. I want to try to keep my franchise realistic and if I fire my real coach and the only decent options for hire are made up characters it makes that a little more difficult. Maybe there can even be a feature where players that retired can also go in to the coaching pool like if Aaron Rodgers retires in your franchise then he goes into coaching and can be hired. I think this can make the coach hiring process more immersive especially having real coordinators and former players available to hire. 

Lastly, I understand NCAA College Football was just released, but I’d love to see the draft conversion tool again which used to be available back in the 2014 College Football days. Just really hoping that makes a return at some point. Thank you!
