new GF players, bad sale practices/no ea play rewards.

you guys posted on your own X account showing off 2 96 players that were to be added to the game today, nothing showing they were ltds players. not a hint because they were 96, then. you add them to the game. people did 96 sets and they were not in the packs.. 30 minutes later the store front page was loaded to show the 2 players were ltds for some reason. even though they are "champs" and the pack says 1 out of all "champs" ltds at this point are 97 overall these cards are 96s. so alot of use wasted our power, wasted our money, and wasted our time. and you guys couldnt even put it on your twitter post that they would be ltds and not in the packs. so now we are stuck with bnd packs for players we dont want.., because the players we wanted are not in the packs nor did you tell us they would not be in the packs. this is just 1 of the bad sales practices from you guys this year. the BND team packs lie and say example 92-94 overall players. and you do not get 94 overall players. then recently you swap the madden point option with the coin option when you go to buy legends packs, the same thing fortnite was sued for and lost in court. we spend our hard earned money on this game. and alot of our time in this game. the least you can do is fix this and make it right. because it is 100% your fault. we also have received nothing for us having our ea play. every year we have gotten packs for having your membership, it even still says when you sign up that we get monthly rewards yet 99% of us have gotten nothing for our money and time grinding this game. a big population of the players feel you just want our money and dont care about the players and time and time again you continue to show this.
