New level 60 update for superstar mode 😡 Major update problem

So I purchased the new levels to get my player to level 60. I already was at level 55 and only had to pay roughly 10 bucks to get to level 60. The problem is, once I purchased it my player on received the level 60 perks. I didn’t receive level 56,57,58,59 perks and it is honestly frustrating. So  out of the 8 permanent boast in different categories, I only received 2. I’ve contacted Ea support and basically was told to make this discussion forum and to wait. I’m confused and frustrated. I can’t do anything but redo the whole player, basically delete him and start over but than I would have to spend like 70plus dollars smh please help EA.
