New UL Champs not showing up in redeemable pack as advertised

I redeemed my 25 Ultimate Legends tokens so I could get the newest UL Champion Ricky Williams, and upon redeeming the coins hours after it released yesterday the card wasn't in there. After hours of trying to get EAs help, they close my case with no resolution or even a guarantee they're going to make it right. I'm not even looking for a makeright or anything extra, a dev could literally access my account, remove the bugged out 97-99OVR BND UL Champs Pack and put the card I want into my items, but no. I've got to wait an unprecedented amount of time to possibly not even get the card I want! This is a multi-billion dollar company and a fix that should take 5 minutes is now going to take who knows how long and the fact I can't get an answer after literally hours of trying to talk to someone in support is ridiculous.
