No voice chat

I haven't played madden in a few weeks.. but when I got back on to play a friend with a different system then me it use to work where we can talk threw the game an now I cant talk to any one.. an all my setting for my mic or good on my xbox side of things.. I deleted game an reinstalled it an still have no voice chat? This is very frustrating
