Patch 1 step forward, 2 steps behind

Been playing around with some of the fixes for this Oct 16 patch and was becoming happy with the changes such cover 4 box check and nerfing double mug. However I am still seeing previous patch bugs and now new bugs. I mostly play under center and noticed if you come out in a non playaction play or block your rb on a playaction after hiking the ball the qb does this auto drop back and you cant move him around until done with the animation. Been sacked several times because my qb keeps dropping back instead of allowing me to move up in the pocket. Also before the patch and currently still happening, on the kick return my defenders on the end do this auto side shuffle down the field and if I click on them I cant move them until right before the returner gets close. Had several close call returns because I click on a defender and they keep shuffling to the middle of the field instead of allowing me to run towards the ball carrier.
