plz add le and re positions for lolb and rolb

i really hate how this year some lolb and rolb cannot get le or re position changes, i dont want an 85 speed 92 joey bosa at lolb i want him at le and his brother at re, why cant we have these changes why is it players like joey bosa mack are linebackers when they play mainly linemen ???
