FOR LAST FEW YEARS WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SET OUR DRAFT BOARDS AND REORDER THEM...NOW WE DONT HAVE THAT OPTION AND ITS VERY CRUCIAL TO GUYS/GALS WHO WONT BE ABLE TO MAKE DRAFTS BUT HAVE BOARDS SET...PLZ FIX THIS ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!!
100% this. We drafted Year 1 of our draft on Sunday. After a few minutes, people started DMing that their clock was timing out regardless of what they did and whoever was listed highest in their Favorites was being picked. Our Mod couldn't see any way of restarting the draft and not every User had the problem. A handful of players don't focus too much on the draft anyway and were on Auto but those that spent the last 2 months setting their Scouts up, focus scouting etc etc got royally screwed when it came to their pick as the game just took the first remaining player.
Think about this. The players highest in the Favorite list are those scouted earliest. Let the season play out with Progression, Focus Training, Free Agency etc and its pretty likely that those early Favorites aren't the players most GM's are looking at come draft day. In a game where a large part of the user base is playing CFM precisely for the team building, its criminal that not only is the draft client a load of * but it doesn't work anyway!!! Season 1 drafting was effectively ruined and no announcement from EA that there's no draft board or that the draft is prone to breaking?!?
For those managers in our league that work on the assumption that a decent draft in Year 1 gives you a shot at a really good side come Year 4 its beyond annoying.
So EA. Stop pissing around with horrible renders of Roger Goodell. No one on the real draft day cares about him so why have this silently mouthing half-baked version in the game? Why have random overweight players that no one knows coming out to polite applause in some god-awful suit combo with size 15 feet?? Why focus any Dev time to this horrendous BS when players cannot order their picks on a draft board, can't see who they've picked during the draft and half the time it breaks down anyway!!!
