The response from support to me was there is no fix for the missing xp token?

@iswarfare1219 No Fix available means that support themselves don't have a tool or steps to fix that. When you create a case, it can be escalated, and or the system flags each case labeled a certain way like Madden missing content for example. Its a paper trail to show contacts. @EA_Shepard @I still haven’t receive mines. Either I’m way pass level 20 on cut and I still haven’t my season xp nor my ultimate alumni player

Is this going to be fixed before the MCS tournament this weekend? It seems like a lot of players are going to get unfair advantages. I still haven’t gotten any of the rewards. Case number 187201594

i am on Xbox Series X
i have completed all the Ultimate Alumni challenges and I still haven’t received my player in Madden 25. I did receive the XP boost but not the player. - @EA_Shepard I still have not received my xp token. Season 1 is almost over. I have created multiple cases and they keep getting closed out. I paid for the MVP edition and have spent a ton of money and no one can seem to get back to me regarding my rewards. Why even create this is you all cannot deliver. Can someone please get me my rewards? Or was I just lied to that this reward stuff was actually a thing.
- @EA_Shepard I only received 2 of the 3 82 overall ultimate alumni cards in madden 25 that I earned from college football 25. I need the 3rd one to complete the set to upgrade 1 card
Proof that I should have received 3 82 overall ultimate alumni cards. Also haven't received xp bonus nor do I have a set to upgrade my 82 cards to an 87

Hi @bradd53, if you are missing content from the game, you must go through live support. Posting proof you should have something on the forums, will not get that resolved. Community Managers are not live support. We do not handle any claims of missing content unless it is a larger bug report we send to the studio teams.
