Me too...I am a 79 ovr. I’ve rebuilt my lineup twice and nothing happened. I also didn’t receive my 3 UA 80 ovr players (just two MUT tips), the S1 xp boost, or the preorder unis.

Quick update on this one. These rewards are still a bit delayed and some players are getting them sooner than others but they are still being sent out.
If you have not received them, or have progressed far enough to where they should drop, we ask that you reach out to support.
As the forums don't handle missing content, we need everyone to set up cases with support, so that they can take any necessary actions for the players on a wider scale.

i have completed all the Ultimate Alumni challenges and I still haven’t received my player in Madden 25. I did receive the XP boost but not the player.
Proof that I should have received 3 82 overall ultimate alumni cards. Also haven't received xp bonus nor do I have a set to upgrade my 82 cards to an 87
