@Chapastyle13 @yellobushy If you have met the requirements and leveled up, but the content is still not there, you will need to follow the steps above. CMs cannot grant content to accounts; only support has that option.

I just got done chatting with support. 
he informed me that the rewards have not shown up because I quick-sold the tips in cfb25z.

he was not able to correct the issue, but did inform me that the game studio is trying to push out the rewards to eligible players.. 

@yellobushy I sent that along as that is incorrect. This is based on the progression in CF25 and M25. Having it or not having it in the inventory is not a factor. Also some of these rewards require progression in the CF25 Field Pass, up to level 20. Plus there is a delay in these which also affects players getting them. 

I will let the right folks know if that is what support is advising players.
