To confirm are you using the link in the screen or going to help.ea.com to reset your EA account password?

If so, try fully closing MAdden 25 and power cycling your console. If the message continues we will need to reach out to our support. 

Try using the following options when creating a case:

 

1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
2. Select Madden NFL 25 
3. Select the "See all help topics"
4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
