Re: Madden 25 looking similar to Madden 24

I have not played any games yet, I have only launched the game and have navigated to the main menu page. The menu page is exactly the same as Madden 24, the only difference is that it says “Madden 25” in the background as opposed to “Madden 24”. It was my understanding that the launch sequence of the game was going to look different than Madden 24 as well, of which mine is the exact same launch sequence to Madden 24 as well. Is this because I am playing on an old gen (Xbox one)? Did EA copy and paste Madden 24 onto Madden 25 for old gen users? 

Yea EA should just like put an update out for those who are on old gen, i've tried to ask on answer hq but my answer got removed so would you like mind trying to like say EA push an update out to madden 25 for old gen users?

I'm hoping it is just the "early access" that is causing issues on Old Gen and once the game actually releases (tonight at midnight) it will work 

It is identical gameplay. Stadiums too. No updates on Gillette. Not having the new kickoff on Madden 25 on the PS4 is insulting. Paying 74$ just for new roster updates made me ask for a refund from PlayStation but after 2hrs on sustainer service they wouldn’t budge.

Oh yea, same crap every year. Slight minor meaningless tweaks. The play on the field is slightly improved besides that same thing different year with franchise. Not impressed EA to say the least. When is EA's contract up with the NFL?????? 

I wait until Thanksgiving every year to buy the game now because of these bugs that are rampart every year. The initial release is always terribly flawed and unfinished. And I get it for $29. Three years in a row guys, stop letting them rip you off with preorders with missing rewards and an unfinished product. If I came in here and everyone was saying wow, what a game, I would buy today. But I've learned that EA just pushes a hyped product out the door with poor beta testing and takes away features for no reason other than incompetence and disregard of the customers.

I bought the Xbox one (last Gen) version and it's the same menus, same graphics, same load screens, old kickoff rules, old announcers. Nothing changed except for the rosters. This is a PROBLEM 

I simply have no option for voice chat in my accessibility/volume settings. The option for voice chat simply isn’t there at the bottom of the menu where it should be. I had this exact same problem with Madden 24. When I saw the same issue with Madden 25, I immediately refunded the game. Not playing it anymore until I know how to fix this issue. Does anyone else have this problem? EA???? Not only do I not have the option for voice chat, but I’m forced to listen to my opponent, I can’t turn off their chat. So it’s the worst of both worlds lol. It’s a game ruining issue for me. Please advise if anyone knows what to do, I do enjoy Madden but won’t play it again until I can fix this issue. 

Oh let’s see how is 25 similar to 24 and multiple Madden editions:

1) Same played out create a player faces. 10-15 years running with same dumb faces.

2) Skinny players with fat calves and create a player slider doesn’t work.

3) 300lb lineman have chicken legs, slim stomach area and AGAIN create a player sliders to nothing to change issues.

4) Cast for ankles instead of ankle wrap tape. Ridiculous 

5) Mouth guards where players lip show through guards.

6) Long hair presentation looks stupid with helmet equipped. Perfect example Lawrence and Minshew grow hair substantially when helmet is equipped!?!???

7) No knee braces. We’re able to put it in college game, so why not in Madden?

8) Under Armor in Madden. Why? Haven’t been allowed to be worn in NFL for years.

Could go on and on but why bother. EA isn’t going to change it, like I said a lot of these issues are 10-15 years running!!!!!!!!!

I took some pics of the PS4 version of "25". There is no training camp mini games in it either.

Why are there missing superstars abilities on Madden 25 on ps4. Like Pacheco doesn’t have hole box anymore 

I'm going to say this to all of you that are on last gen Xbox one and PS4 consoles all the stuff that supposed to be on the game is not for last gen consoles at all EA made it that way cause older last gen consoles can't handle the new stuff that is in the game currently only for next gen consoles I.E. Xbox one X/S and PS5 and PC only sorry to break the bad news but the new stuff is only for next gen consoles and PC

Here are some examples. I’ll also get one of the options screen. There’s not even a passing and accuracy setting option on the Madden 25 I downloaded. Help would be greatly appreciated. 

Exact same problem. If you look at pics attached, it is the same as 24. Disappointed and frustrated after paying for 25. Kickoff is the old rule. It’s like Madden 24 only with updated rosters. I also noticed in the actual 25 you can change lengths of receivers routes. Unavailable on whatever version I purchased. 

I downloaded madden 25 and it’s looks the same as madden 24 but the rosters are different
