Hi - This issue seems to be affecting a lot of users and I've tried to go directly thru EA Support and received no help. The game is showing as one I do not own after purchasing the bundle and we should be able to pre-load at this point. This is going to be a big issue come next Monday and really need someone to help support here.
@SecondSolutions @EA_Illium - Exactly a ton of people are talking about this on Twitter and Reddit and no one seems concerned at all. The game is just showing as an add-on and when I chatted with EA Support they said I didn't own the game. Something is going on here. Please help.

Same issue i bought the deluxe mvp bundle in the preorder window where you get the deluxe version of college 25 and madden 25 and madden just comes up as an add on. This sucks I’d like to have it pre downloaded and ready to go!
USE THE XBOX APP TO DOWNLOAD MADDEN 25!!!!!!!!!
This works to download it but it still shows as not being owned.
On the MVP product in the xbox store it says to upgrade.
Honestly terrible communication from EA for people who have chosen to spend a large amount of money on the bundle.

Just reached out to Xbox support about this. Was told that due to it being a 2 game preorder that Madden 25 wouldn't be available to pre download until 8/11/24. So just a few more days and it should become available to pre download. Hope this helps!!!
This goes for the mvp bundle right since nobody can’t see madden 25 right?in their owned games
That's just the standard version and probably will not work.
Well, it is the 11th and still no Madden download.
No, I don't have the phone app and from what I am hearing, that may not work anyways. Yes, you can download it, but I am seeing people saying it still shows as you don't OWN it.
Come on EA....there are a LOT of confused people here who spent $140 on this bundle.
My only Madden still says an ADD ON......
I just got off the phone with Xbox Support and they said it was a glitch and they even though it shows that you don’t own it you will be able to download tomorrow because it is considered an outage. I have no idea but this is ridiculous
It is ridiculous. Never had this problem before.
I did just go to the app and download the game it is downloading right now and I am not getting any triangle with exclamation point or anything like that. So it seems to be the best way to install since no one is helping
I downloaded through the app, no problem.
But the icon for Madden has a triangle with an exclamation point on it.
When I select Madden to play it, it says:
Do you own this game or app?
If you have a game disc insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you are signed in.
So it is basically telling me I don't own it....
I order mvp bundle ( NCAA25 and madden 25) I can’t find a way to download madden 25 on Xbox it say doesn’t need to be installed it show it is a on add on to college football 25
I really hope it gets fixed before 4:00 though cuz I think it's going to be kind of BS if a whole bunch of people can play today at 4:00 and all the Xbox players are stuck not playing until the 13th
Bruh.. every year EA finds a new way to * us. I would have never bought the deluxe if I knew this * would be such a * problem. And the lack of answers on EAs part is incredibly frustrating. EA GIVE UP YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE FOOTBALL GAMES
