Re: Madden 25 MVP Bundle Not Available

I purchased the MVP bundle for College Football 25 and Madden 25. I have College Football 25 working just fine but Madden 25 is not showing in my owned games library. This is concerning with release about a week away it should atleast be showing as an owned game in my library with the ability to pre-download. I know this to be the case because I have several friends with it already pre-installed and ready for the early release on August 13th. So is there a fix for this issue because I have seen multiple people say they have the same problem. Also under the bundle in the store it has Madden 25 listed as an Add-on that doesn't need to be installed so that is also worrisome. Also please don't suggest just to wait until the 13th. Because if we make it there and I still have no game and no solutions I'm gonna be expecting some sort of MUT compensation cause I have spent 2 days trying to get answers for this and trying to make both EA and Microsoft aware of the issue for multiple people.
