Re: Stuck on Team Pass page and says error
Go to the Home Screen. Hover over the Madden game and hit the triple line button in the middle of the controller and select quit on the menu that pops up. This will restart the game.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm having the same issue, and quitting, restarting, anything I can think of does not work. Always goes back to the page and doesn't allow us to exit. Any other suggestions? Otherwise the game is not playable. Even after doing that, it goes back to the same place. As others have said it’s a loop.
How can you start the game fresh and play two players? Surely there’s got to be a way.
