Remove x-factor during game play! Should not be an option to play during game.

I believe the x-factor allows unrealistic dominance.

It's good to have for franchise mode to arbitrary give players value, but during game play it should solely be based on ratings. Like a 98 overall rated edge rushers should beat a 75 overall tackle more times than not just based off pure overal.

80 on 80 should be about even and so on and so forth.
