Shadow band

I believe I been shadow band don’t know why but on my superstar mode I was ranked at #8 and then every win I will get points deduction about 90 point or 15 and when I win I only receive 1 ranking points I’ve bugged and been going down on rankings even though I win a 5 game win streak I lose lots of ranking points I spend lots of time and money for my character
