STADIUM REBUILD OR RELOCATION

Has anyone tried to rebuild or stadium or relocate in Franchise mode? And if so can you customize the stadium to have grass or turf? Or have different seating arrangements with scoreboard placement? I remember having these options in Madden 05-08 if not mistaken.
