State of the Game

This appears to be the area in which feedback is “read” and “acknowledged”.

I will start it with my opinion on the game itself, and would appreciate if any community manager could give me an update on where I may be wrong.

UT- Ultimate team is completely controlled by the $(the dollar), packs that used to be 70k with 10+ gold or elite players, now offer the player 3-4 cards with a “guaranteed 80+” (Wow so generous)

Less cards = inflation

More expensive packs = inflation

Want to know what hasn’t improved? Pack odds, solo income, programs.

The auction block used to be ran by the community, what we thought was the worth of a card, that was the price. Now, you control the marketplace by putting a value on every pack, platinum card in the game. Same process you used on the mobile app when you couldn’t control the prices.

THANKSGIVING PROMO:

Where is the thanksgiving promo? You have done these programs for over a decade now, and your little effort dwindles every single year, to miss a program as big as this one is pathetic to say the least.

Live Support: 

I remember the days when you could contact an LIVE agent on ea, now profits are more than ever and there’s less support than ever!! What a great turnaround!!

We now have to make forums that aren’t even answered 70% of the time, and when it is, very poor support is offered!

Gameplay: Is the only way to play the game blitzing? I get there is a meta to games, but when 4-5 rushers beats 6 blockers 95% of the time within .3 seconds, maybe look at your game and fix it.

I am probably missing a handful of other issues your game has.

More than likely this post will not be addressed, but I would like to see a community manager explain everything that has gone wrong over the years.

Yes it is not your fault, may be higher up in management than yourself, BUT PLEASE AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH THE PLAYERS WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS GAME.
