Stuck on Team Pass page and says error

My 7 year old plays Madden 25. Honestly, I do not play and he came to get me to help him. He is stuck on some weird Team Pass page and have no idea what it is or how to get off it and allow him to play. I have even uninstalled the game and reinstalled and it goes to the same page. I posted a pic of the page. It won’t let me exit, go back and says server error or error when I even try to by stupid points just to get off this page. About to return the game but figured I would check here first.

    Thanks for the suggestion! I'm having the same issue, and quitting, restarting, anything I can think of does not work. Always goes back to the page and doesn't allow us to exit. Any other suggestions? Otherwise the game is not playable.

    Go to the Home Screen. Hover over the Madden game and hit the triple line button in the middle of the controller and select quit on the menu that pops up.  This will restart the game.
