Suggestion for Created Coaches in Madden NFL 26 Franchise Mode

Dear EA Sports Madden Development Team,

I’m a longtime Madden player who enjoys Franchise Mode deeply, especially how coaching philosophies influence gameplay and player development. However, I’ve noticed that created coaches do not have a personal preferred offensive or defensive scheme like AI coaches do. This feels less realistic and limits immersion; real NFL coaches almost always bring a distinct philosophy to their teams.

My suggestion is to allow created coaches to have a preferred scheme that influences:
Playbook tendencies and playcalling behavior.
Player development and usage based on scheme fit.
Long term team identity that reflects the coach’s philosophy.

Adding this feature would make Franchise Mode feel more authentic and rewarding, especially for players who want to role play a coach’s long term strategy.
