Suggestions for madden26

Been playing Madden since 93 on sega religiously exclusively franchise for the most part .... Things I want to suggest even though no one probably cares what I think but here we go  .... More coaching options like starting as a OC or DC or assistant and getting offered jobs ..... Real coordinators OC and DC... I understand the legal format may not let you use coaches unless they are in the NFL coaching association but at least give us an option to create the real coaches ourselves or just create or add to the coaching pool ourselves for when hiring OC and DC ... Also bring back retired players can coach after retirement .... Thank you for team builder I'm syked but can we find a way to use it off line or create own designs offline franchise  ....and for the love of God please bring in a league expansion where you can expand the league and have an expansion draft at any year  during franchise that would be the best man I'd be so syked ...otherwise as always you guys are doing great just coaching additions  and league expansion with draft and I will feel like a kid on Christmas thanks for listening to my bs...keep up the good work !
