Superbowl Makerights

This happened around 2/8 and I never received makerights for the pack that was advertised when I buy 1 pack I get 2 back in return. I did this 10 times hoping to get the 2 free packs but never got it so ultimately I missed out on 20 packs waiting for a makeright but never received anything.
