The numbers and letters are not showing up in Madden 25 on the xbox series x.

I just got this game so there is no way I wore it out. The letter and numbers on the scoreboard are not showing up at all. I have restarted the console multiple times, too. Idk if this a bug or just a problem with the disc but it would be awesome if this could get fixed
