The servers were down yesterday for a few hours for weekly maintenance. Otherwise, they've been up. We'll go through some troubleshooting. What platform are you playing on? Are you able to connect to any modes?
PS5 I still can't get on Madden 25 or college football 25

Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
