Update Roster Issue Madden 25

Currently an issue on Madden NFL 25 where when I load into the game I check to see if the roster is up to date. It will tell me I have the latest roster, I will set up my Depth Chart to my play style...

I found that it only does it when I am playing against friends. EA why are the rosters different when playing friends than playing random people online?
